Your existing Lessonspace organisation stays exactly as it is — ClassBold connects to it. Nothing moves, nothing is re-created, and your recordings stay in your account.

Lessonspace keeps it under Settings → Developer. It is the one credential ClassBold needs, and it identifies your organisation on its own.
Settings → Integrations → Lessonspace. The key alone is enough to create rooms. Add your Organisation ID as well if you want your recording, transcript and summary defaults applied to every new room — that part needs it.
That is the whole test. The room is created for you, the confirmation goes out carrying its link, and the Join lesson button appears on the tutor’s schedule and in the family portal.

Lessonspace bill you. We don't take a cut of it.
Your Lessonspace plan stays on your own account, paid to Lessonspace, at your own rates — the same posture we take with payments and messaging. ClassBold customers get a Lessonspace subscription code from us: it carries a discount on the base Lessonspace subscription and a free trial to start on. We send it once you are a ClassBold customer, and you apply it with your billing details inside Lessonspace.
The discount is on the base subscription. If your usage moves you onto Lessonspace's high-usage pricing, it sits outside the discount — Lessonspace can tell you exactly where that line falls for your volume.
Where the room actually gets created.
Connecting the key takes a minute. This is the part worth reading: booking the first lesson end to end, and the three things that catch people out.
The room is created at the moment a lesson becomes real, so a lesson that already existed before you connected will not have one. Connect, then book. Nothing needs re-creating afterwards — new lessons simply start arriving with rooms.
Open Calendar in the left navigation and press Create. Choose Single event for your first test. A recurring series works the same way, except every occurrence opens the SAME room — so the whiteboard carries over week to week.
Choose the service being taught and a date and time in the future. The duration comes from the service, and can be overridden here.
A lesson with nobody teaching it is not yet a lesson, and nothing is provisioned for it. The moment a tutor is assigned, ClassBold asks Lessonspace for the room. If you take one thing from this page, take this.
Enrolling is a separate action after the lesson exists — open the lesson and add the student to its roster. The room does not wait for it: it is already there, and the family receives the link once they are enrolled.
Give it a few seconds — the room is provisioned in the background rather than while you wait — then open the lesson again. The Join lesson button sits on the lesson itself, on the tutor’s schedule and in the family portal, and the confirmation and reminder carry the same link.
No Join button? Check a tutor is assigned. That is the trigger, and it is usually the answer.
Booked before you connected the key? That lesson has no room. Book a new one.
Only just saved it? Give it a few seconds and reopen — provisioning does not block the save.
