Refunds

Short version: try it free, cancel whenever, and if we charge you wrongly we put it back.

Trial first, no card

14 days free. Nothing to refund because nothing is charged.

Cancel any time

No fee, no notice. You keep access to the period you paid for.

Billed in advance

So a paid period is generally not refunded once it has started.

Our mistakes, our problem

Duplicate charges, charges after cancelling, billing errors — refunded.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers what you pay Fortelk FZE LLC for a ClassBold subscription: the plan your school or academy buys from us.

It does NOT cover fees a school charges its own families. When a tutoring business uses ClassBold to invoice parents, that money is the business’s, the arrangement is between them and the family, and their own refund terms apply. ClassBold provides the software; we are not a party to it. Ask the school directly about a lesson or tuition refund.

2. Try before you pay

ClassBold offers a 14-day free trial and does not ask for a card to start one. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you do not subscribe at the end of it there is nothing to refund. Loading your students, tutors and schedule during the trial is the honest way to find out whether the product fits — we would rather you discovered that before paying than after.

3. How billing works

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. Monthly plans bill each month; annual plans bill once for the year.

We give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change, and it takes effect at your next renewal — never mid-term.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then rather than losing it the moment you cancel, and you are not billed again.

Your data stays exportable. We make it available in open formats for a reasonable period after you leave, as described in the Privacy Policy — cancelling does not hold your records hostage.

5. Refunds

Because plans are billed in advance for a period you then have access to, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where one of the cases below applies.

We refund, without argument: a duplicate charge; a charge taken after you cancelled; and an amount charged in error by us. These are our mistakes and fixing them is not a concession.

Outside those cases we will still read what you write. If something went materially wrong — the product did not do what we said it does, or an outage cost you real use of a period you paid for — tell us and we will look at it on its facts. We would rather resolve it than have you feel stuck.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

6. How to ask

Email info@classbold.com from the address on the account, with the organisation name and the date and amount of the charge. That is enough for us to find it.

We aim to reply within 5 business days. An approved refund goes back to the card or account it came from; how long it then takes to appear is your bank’s timing, not ours, and is usually 5–10 business days.

7. Before you raise a chargeback

Please contact us first. A chargeback takes weeks, freezes the account while it runs, and in most cases we could simply have refunded you the same day. If we have made a mistake we would rather fix it directly.

8. Who we are

ClassBold is operated by Fortelk FZE LLC, a Free Zone Establishment licensed by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority (licence number 4429756.01), at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
